CLEANING TANKS

The tanks used for the SW series are built in stainless steel with insulating material and are equipped with heating elements with thermal regulation. The smaller models are equipped with transducers at the bottom of the tank and fairing used to contain the generator. In bigger models, the transducers can be located on one or more walls paired with generators even if these are not necessarily located on the same machine.

In order for the machine to work correctly, it is necessary to use a cleaning liquid (water and soap) to remove: grease residues, organic residues, oils, dusts coming from the holes of the pieces as they are being processed.

The tanks can be used in different fields: medical-surgical components, dental laboratories, small mechanical components for automotive, optics, galvanic, horology, jewelling, electromechanics, molds, tools, superficial treatments, small items.
